Payment

Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Your payment provider may charge additional conversion fees for orders outside the UK.

Jewellery Care

Each piece is handcrafted, so please handle with care to ensure its longevity.

Shipping Info

  • Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. Your item will ship once finished.

  • Mixed Orders: Orders with both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items will ship together unless you request separate shipments via email.

Gift Wrapping

All purchases arrive gift-wrapped with thank you notes. For a personalised gift message, please contact me after purchase.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. I am legal required to state the correct item value on international packages. 

Shipping Estimates

UK

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.99 (24-hour delivery service)

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: £8.15

    • Both options include tracking and insurance up to £750. Orders exceeding £750 will be shipped in separate boxes.

Shipping Estimates - Europe Zone 1, 2, 3

Standard shipping - International Tracked and Singed for (£15.40 GBP) - currently taking around 5-7 business days but be prepared to wait longer as packages can get stuck in customs.

This option includes tracking and is insured to a value of up to £250 GBP. Please email me for a quote.

Shipping Estimates - World zone 1, 2, 3

Standard shipping - International Tracked and Singed for (£20 - 26 GBP) - currently taking around 14- 21 business days but be prepared to wait longer as packages can get stuck in customs.

This option includes tracking and is insured to a value of up to £250 GBP. Please email me for a quote.



Lost/Stolen/Damaged Package


I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit as once I drop them at the Post Office they are out of my hands. If enough time has passed and you haven't received your item please contact me and we can file a report.

If your package is damaged, please take photographs and contact me immediately to begin the claim process. Most shipping services will not provide compensation for claims that are filed too late.

 

Returns/Refunds

All sales are final. I provide detailed photographs and descriptions for each item, therefore I do not accept returns in the event something is the incorrect size or is no longer wanted. I model each piece myself in photos but please note I have small hands so rings may appear bigger on me. Always check individual measurements on the listings. Please ensure you know your ring size before purchasing. Local jewellers often offer sizing service free of charge. 

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, I will not refund or replace the item. If the item is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for the new shipping cost.

 

Resizing/Repairs

Contact me for resizing or repairs. Some rings can be sized up slightly, around half a size free of charge (please contact me). However if a ring is set with a stone, there is always a risk of unsetting the stone and causing damage. Shipping costs for resizing/repairs are the buyers responsibility. Resizing and repairs are only offered for items from silverstrand Jewellery.
